In September (2010), Apple announced the new and improved Apple TV for $99.
If you buy a new Apple TV box and you own an Apple Mac, iPad, iphone or iPod Touch, you can wirelessly stream Music, TV Shows, Movies and Video to your HDTV / Home Theater.
Our Experience with Apple TV
We purchased an Apple TV box in November 2010. There were 2 wires to plug in: one for power and one into the HDTV.
Apple TV starts automatically. Once the setup screen is displayed, you just need to enter (once) your Apple ID and Password, and if you have Netflix, a Netflix ID and Password. That's it! Your Done!
Apple TV has been a great addition to our HDTV entertainment. The HD Movies and TV Shows have been very high quality.
