T-Mobile or AT&T Service?
You can buy the phone from T-Mobile or the Google Web Phone Store. The phone comes unlocked and can be used around the world on almost any carrier.
Note: The 3G data service can only be used in the USA with T-Mobile. AT&T service only provides 2G or Edge data service for the phone.
Verizon
The Google Nexus One was added to the Verizon Network in March 2010.

Pricing and Availability:
You can buy an unlocked Nexus One directly from Google's website. A T-mobile wireless service contract is also available on the website.
As of March 2010, the Nexus One Smartphone is also available from Verizon and priced at $199 with a 2-year
plan.
The phone first shipped in the US during January
2010.
