Web Seminars - Ten Tips for Implementing

1. Make Powerpoint slide fonts and PC screen shots larger than normal.

2. Use fewer slides than normal.

3. Change slides slowly during the presentation.

4. Instruct your attendees to log on to your web event 5-10 minutes in advance to make sure that their Browser works properly.

5. Practice giving the presentation three times.

6. Send a reminder e-mail the day of the event.

7. Keep your first events between 35-45 minutes, plus 10 minutes of questions.

8. Schedule regular events (monthly or quarterly).
Budget between $3-10k per event. There is also a start-up fee.

9. At the end of the event,
- Design a Satisfaction & Sales Qualification Survey
- Include an offer to attendee

10. Send an e-mail follow-up the same day as the event.
